Job Summary

:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Specialist to support fast-paced hiring and onboarding activities across a wide range of roles. This is a temporary, fully in person position

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Coordinate full-cycle recruiting support, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer documentatio
• n.Facilitate new hire onboarding, including managing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring I-9 complianc
• e.Maintain accurate and organized records using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and document management tool
• s.Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs across multiple departments and job type
• s.Ensure timely and compliant processing of employee documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirement
• s.Deliver consistent communication to candidates and new hires, promoting a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring proces
• s.Assist with the setup and delivery of employee training during the onboarding perio
• d.Collaborate with HR and administrative teams to identify and implement process improvements where applicabl

e.Qualification

• s:2-5 years experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR support within a fast-paced environmen
• t.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking system
• s.Experienced in LinkedIn and ZoomInf
• o.Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skill
• s.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentialit
• y.Knowledge of I-9 compliance and best practices in new hire documentation and orientatio
