A well-established private investment firm and family office is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support its Founder/CEO. This is a high-trust, visible role that blends executive support with personal assistance responsibilities in a professional, close-knit office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendar scheduling, priorities, and daily workflow for the CEO
Handle office coordination, including phones, visitors, and mail
Support personal errands, appointments, and scheduling logistics
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
Assist with property-related scheduling and oversight
Maintain organized systems for task tracking and follow-up
Act as a professional point of contact for guests and external partners
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in executive support, personal assistance, or office operations
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Background:
Experience supporting C-level executives
Background in private equity, family office, or similar environments
Experience with travel coordination or property management support
