Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly payroll processing for a multi-state and international workforce. This role is focused exclusively on payroll operations and timekeeping accuracy, offering strong cross-functional exposure and growth opportunities within global payroll administration.
Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll for a multi-state and international employee population with accuracy and timeliness
- Administer payroll through ADP Workforce Now and maintain payroll records and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and requirements
- Review, audit, and validate employee time entries for completeness and accuracy
- Proactively follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely submission and approval of timecards
- Support PTO tracking, reporting, and payroll-related reconciliations
- Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with payroll audits, year-end processing, and payroll documentation maintenance
- Help improve payroll processes, workflows, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accountability
- Provide responsive payroll support to employees at all organizational levels, including leadership teams
- 3 years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll administration
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Strong Excel and systems skills with the ability to manage and analyze payroll data accurately, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related highly preferred
