KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support multi-state, multi-entity payroll processing in ADP Workforce Now
- Review, update, and validate employee timecards, PTO, and pay adjustments prior to payroll deadlines
- Monitor payroll exception reports and follow up with managers and timekeepers regarding missing punches, approvals, and discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports, audit reports, and variance reports; assist with reconciliations and payroll record maintenance
- Enter approved payroll changes and ensure proper coding in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Respond to employee payroll-related questions while providing professional and confidential customer support
- Maintain payroll documentation, records, and checklists to support compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Assist with off-cycle payrolls, bonus payments, and special payroll runs as needed
- Support payroll audits by gathering documentation and responding to routine requests
- Assist with payroll process improvements, workflow documentation, and training support for managers and timekeepers
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll policies and procedures
- Perform additional payroll and administrative duties as assigned
- 1 year of payroll experience required
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now required
- Associate’s degree required
- Experience supporting multi-state and/or multi-entity payroll environments preferred
- Strong Excel skills including filters, sorting, and basic formulas
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally
- Knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour concepts, and payroll best practices preferred
