About Our Client:

A large Radiology and Imaging practice with 10 locations is looking for a Medical Receptionist and patient greeter for their clinic in Wayne, NJ to be the face of their practice.

Job Description:

They will manage high-volume patient scheduling, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service and maintaining front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Patient check in
• Utilize the scheduling system to accurately input and update information.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding scheduling needs.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior medical scheduling or insurance knowledge (preferred).
• Strong phone-based customer service skills.
  
  

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm
• Rotating Saturday Mornings (every 6 weeks)
