Key Responsibilities:
Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Training teams to ensure launch readiness
- Lead promotional initiatives such as industry events, showroom presentations, and digital activations
- Track post-launch performance metrics and adjust strategy based on insights and feedback
- Serve as internal authority on competitive trends, pricing strategies, and product positioning
- Provide executive leadership with data-driven recommendations to influence innovation and market direction
- Maintain clear differentiation between brand identities while ensuring a cohesive overall presence
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, trade, and print channels
- Collaborate with PR and external partners to amplify brand visibility
- Guide website strategy, ensuring strong user experience, SEO performance, and lead generation
- Supervise digital content including blogs, newsletters, and storytelling initiatives
- Manage social media strategy and performance analytics across key platforms
- Lead internal and external web resources to maintain design integrity and technical functionality
- Direct development of sales materials, product documentation, and showroom marketing assets
- Maintain brand standards, visual guidelines, and intellectual property documentation
- Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, and designers to ensure brand consistency
- Establish KPIs tied to brand awareness, engagement, and ROI
- Conduct regular audits of digital channels and campaign performance
- Provide reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Background in manufacturing, consumer products, construction, or design-focused industries preferred
- Demonstrated success leading product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and content strategy
- Experience overseeing website development, CMS platforms, SEO, and analytics tools
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships and cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong writing, editing, and creative direction capabilities
- Primarily office-based environment
