Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct field-based outreach to established and prospective partners across designated territories
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive loan application growth
- Manage daily schedules and plan independent travel across territories (up to 5 days/week on the road)
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with clients and partners using tools like PowerPoint
- Track engagement activity and meet performance metrics focused on partner contact, appointment setting, and pipeline building—not just call volume
- Stay organized and self-motivated in a high-energy, performance-based environment
- 1–2 years of experience in outside sales or related fields (real estate, automotive, finance, etc.)
- Comfortable operating independently with a "road warrior" mindset
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight 1–2 nights/week as needed
