Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or associates in Accounting
- Min of 1-2 1 years of accounting, AP, AR, billing, or bookkeeping experience
- Experience processing invoices, payments, billing, and cash application
- Excel- pivot table & Look
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Generate customer invoices and maintain accurate billing records Apply cash receipts, ACH payments, wire transfers, and credit card payments
- Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections efforts as needed
- Research and resolve customer billing discrepancies
- Perform bank, credit card, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations
- Assist with journal entries and month-end close activities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
- Prepare reports related to AP, AR, aging, and cash activity
- Support audits by providing requested documentation and schedules
