Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy (40 WPM preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with multiple systems or screens simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Review and process incoming case documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and update information across internal systems in a timely manner
- Coordinate case workflows to ensure deadlines and service levels are met
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing or unclear information
- Maintain organized records while adhering to compliance standards
