Manager Application Support

Salary : $130000 - $160000 / Year bonus potential

Location Philadelphia - Hybrid

Our client is growing and expanding their leadership team. Leader in their industry, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Application Support and Development to lead the support, enhancement, and strategic utilization of our SAS-based application ecosystem. This role will be working regularly with key business stakeholders and management to ensure integration across platforms, managing custom development efforts with external vendors, and driving operational excellence through optimized application use to strategically effect the corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all custom development initiatives executed by third-party vendors.
• Application Integration of current systems and newly acquired entities
• Manage interface development and maintenance between various SAS-based and ancillary applications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrated systems.
• Manage application engineers, assigning tasks/projects and tracking progress
• Develop team members consisting of both direct reports and matrix managed individuals
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAS applications more effectively to meet business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with other IT leadership and business stakeholders
• Work closely with the Infrastructure team to ensure system compatibility, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with Operational Leadership to align application capabilities with business workflows and priorities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7 years of experience in application support and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Strong background in SAS technologies and enterprise application integration.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP systema big plus
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and custom development projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• ITIL is a plus
