Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Install Coordinator to support daily installation operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring installation teams are scheduled efficiently, prepared with the correct materials, and set up for success each day. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily installation schedules and assign jobs to field teams
- Prepare and distribute installation paperwork and job documentation
- Ensure teams depart on time and arrive at job sites as scheduled
- Verify completion of prior-day installations and confirm required documentation
- Track outstanding or incomplete installations and follow up until resolved
- Confirm customer payments, deposits, and financing requirements are completed
- Monitor jobsite photo uploads and installation checklists for accuracy
- Maintain logs and calendars related to installation activity and availability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure equipment and materials are ordered and staged on time
- Assist with permit processing and scheduling as required
- Support reporting related to installer performance, contests, and operational metrics
- Participate in daily team meetings to review progress and upcoming needs
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally within home services or a similar operational environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or GED required
