Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of existing customer accounts across multiple markets.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and general account information.
- Process customer orders accurately through the company's internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain product quotations while ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Direct sales opportunities and customer requests to the appropriate internal resources when needed.
- Monitor shared communication channels, including inbound emails and phone inquiries, and provide timely responses.
- Collaborate with departments such as operations, accounting, marketing, and sales to resolve customer needs and support business objectives.
- Assist in developing account growth strategies and identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement.
- Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Educate customers on available products, features, and solutions to help meet their business needs.
- Provide sales support activities, including occasional outbound customer outreach.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
- Perform additional administrative and account management duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, sales support, or order processing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience utilizing ERP or order management systems for customer order entry and tracking.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
