Job Description:
A Global law firm is seeking a Help Desk Technician 1 to join their team to provide Tier 1/2 support in a Windows Environment. You will also provide support for Office365, iManage, Citrix, and more! This role is 5 days onsite in Walnut Creek and looking to start asap!
Must Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Windows support (must be Windows 10 / Windows 11 would be even better)
- Office365
- Hands-on Citrix Experience
- iManage Document Management System Experience (DMS)
- Law firm experience
- Personality - he hires people like himself, he's bubbly, outgoing, very warm & funny, etc.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Additional cloud experience
- Sharepoint
- Security Awareness (phishing)
- Asset Management background
Salary : $30 - $35
