Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

A rapidly growing, multi-location organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will act as a key advisor to leadership, helping drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior and field leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching
  • Support workforce planning, hiring initiatives, and onboarding across multiple locations
  • Guide leaders through performance improvement, feedback, and development conversations
  • Drive initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements across HR operations
  • Support organizational changes, growth initiatives, and leadership development efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting leadership teams
  • Experience in multi-site or multi-state environments (e.g., retail, hospitality, service-based industries)
  • Strong employee relations and coaching background
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $115,000
  • Bonus: 15% target
