Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior and field leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching
- Support workforce planning, hiring initiatives, and onboarding across multiple locations
- Guide leaders through performance improvement, feedback, and development conversations
- Drive initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and culture
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements across HR operations
- Support organizational changes, growth initiatives, and leadership development efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting leadership teams
- Experience in multi-site or multi-state environments (e.g., retail, hospitality, service-based industries)
- Strong employee relations and coaching background
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Base Salary: $115,000
- Bonus: 15% target
