Job Description:
The HR Generalist will oversee all HR-related functions, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Management: Administer payroll through ADP and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a link between management and employees to support effective communication.
- Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and industry regulations; handle census reporting and payroll audits.
- Personnel Records: Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Recruitment: Manage job postings, participate in interviews, and facilitate offer letters and pre-employment screenings.
- 4-5 years of HR Generalist experience, including payroll and benefits administration.
- OR 2-3 years of HR Manager experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field highly preferred, but would consider experience in lieu.
- Familiarity with ADP, or similar HR software.
- Strong maturity level and ability to take on additional duties beyond HR.
- Additional experience in accounting or event planning is a plus.
- Type/Length of Assignment: Direct Hire
- Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible on start time, 40 hours per week)
