Job Description:
The HR Administrator supports daily HR, payroll, benefits, and administrative operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing details, and supporting both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and review time records and assist with weekly payroll preparation.
- Maintain timekeeping access, generate reports, and support payroll documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and guide employees through new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain PTO tracking, employee records, and separation documentation.
- Support benefits administration and update employee information in vendor portals.
- Maintain HR documentation, files, and compliance records.
- Assist with company vehicle tracking, insurance certificates, and claims coordination.
- Provide basic accounting support including invoice and check data entry.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and document management.
- 5 years of HR, payroll, timekeeping, or benefits administration experience.
- Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience working within small to mid-sized organizations is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High visibility and interaction with leadership.
