Title: Senior Global Physical Security Systems Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay: $60-90/hr

Job Type: 12 Month Contract to Hire

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k

Required Tech/Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in physical security systems, security technology, or corporate security environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with access control, CCTV/VMS, alarms, and monitoring systems
  • Vendor management experience with integrators and security technology partners
  • Experience supporting GSOC or command center operations

Preferred Tech/Experience

  • Experience with Lenel, Genetec, Verkada, Avigilon, or similar platforms
  • Experience in manufacturing, labs, or large corporate campuses
  • Background in system upgrades, automation, and reducing false alarms
  • Budgeting and roadmap planning experience, ability to provide a strategic vision to stakeholders.
