Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance reporting for leadership
- Prepare executive-level reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial insights
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support decision-making
- Support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, due diligence, and integration efforts
- Improve FP&A processes through automation, reporting enhancements, and technology solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of corporate FP&A experience (open to strong Senior FP&A Analysts)
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Strong Power BI experience preferred; SQL, Tableau, or similar tools considered
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior leadership
Salary : $120 - $135
