Overview:
A rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare organization is seeking an FP&A Manager to support and lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function. This is a highly visible role working closely with executive leadership, including recently appointed finance leadership, and offers strong long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Prepare financial models, reporting packages, and variance analysis
- Analyze operational and financial performance to support strategic decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership to improve financial visibility and business performance
- Develop and maintain reporting processes and dashboards
- Support executive leadership with ad hoc analysis and long-range planning initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Healthcare industry experience is required, ideally within physician practice management or multi-site healthcare services
- Experience working in a private equity-backed environment is strongly preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong ERP systems experience required
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
- Must be located locally and available to work onsite during the initial training period and periodically thereafter
Salary : $110 - $130
