Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from customers, and field representatives through phone, email, and written communication
- Review reports, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolving issues in a timely manner
- Support departmental operations through administrative and data entry tasks
- Coordinate distribution of information to appropriate internal and external contacts
- Apply basic knowledge of accounting and policy administration processes in daily tasks
- Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain service standards
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- 1 years of Customer Service Experience in Call Center Environment
