Job Description:
The Customer Communications Coordinator will play a key role in executing large-scale outbound communications while managing inbound customer inquiries. This individual will ensure accurate messaging, maintain organized data tracking, and support internal teams throughout a time-sensitive transition project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound email communications to customers regarding account and service updates
- Manage a shared inbox, respond to common inquiries, and escalate more complex issues appropriately
- Track and maintain communication records using Excel and internal systems
- Assist with mail merge processes and ensure accuracy of distributed messaging
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline communication workflows
- Maintain strict accuracy standards in all customer-facing correspondence
Qualifications:
- Experience handling high-volume email communications or administrative coordination
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a highly structured environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, sorting/filtering, and formulas such as VLOOKUPs
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
