About our client:

Addison Group is partnering with a fast-paced organization undergoing a large-scale customer transition initiative. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support high-volume communications and ensure a smooth experience for their customer base during this critical period.


Job Description:

The Customer Communications Coordinator will play a key role in executing large-scale outbound communications while managing inbound customer inquiries. This individual will ensure accurate messaging, maintain organized data tracking, and support internal teams throughout a time-sensitive transition project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound email communications to customers regarding account and service updates
  • Manage a shared inbox, respond to common inquiries, and escalate more complex issues appropriately
  • Track and maintain communication records using Excel and internal systems
  • Assist with mail merge processes and ensure accuracy of distributed messaging
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline communication workflows
  • Maintain strict accuracy standards in all customer-facing correspondence


Qualifications:

  • Experience handling high-volume email communications or administrative coordination
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a highly structured environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, sorting/filtering, and formulas such as VLOOKUPs
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

  • Temporary assignment (approximately 6–8 weeks)
  • Onsite for initial training, then transitions to a hybrid schedule
