This position also plays a key role in monitoring trends, supporting compliance efforts, and assisting with issue resolution across card and ATM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize rewards programs to increase card usage and engagement
- Analyze card portfolio performance and identify trends and opportunities
- Support process improvement initiatives and workflow enhancements
- Monitor fraud trends and assist with risk detection and prevention efforts
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and monthly operational activities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal partners on program execution
- Support escalated card service issues and complex member situations
- Partner on cross-functional projects across business units
- Ensure compliance with applicable card regulations and policies
- Contribute to documentation and tracking of key performance metrics
- 3–5 years of experience in card services, payments, ATM operations, or related financial services environment
- Working knowledge of card network regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with Visa or similar payment systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hybrid schedule (3 days remote / 2 days onsite in Denver, CO)
