Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal – Estates & Trusts to support the preparation, review, and coordination of estate planning legal documents. This role is heavily focused on accuracy, document quality control, and client-facing coordination within a structured, team-oriented environment. The position works closely with internal service and advisory teams to ensure timely and precise delivery of estate planning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare estate planning documents using established templates and guidelines
- Review legal documentation for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and consistency
- Verify names, dates, personal information, and other key details for correctness
- Manage an assigned caseload and ensure timely completion of documentation deliverables
- Maintain detailed client and case notes within Salesforce
- Coordinate with attorneys and internal stakeholders on document preparation and review
- Schedule and support client meetings related to document execution and presentation
- Support overall workflow efficiency and assist with additional administrative/legal tasks as needed
- Ensure adherence to internal quality and service standards
- 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm, financial services, or wealth management environment
- Experience with estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be comfortable in a client-facing role with a polished and professional communication style
- Role requires strong structure, consistency, and a high level of accuracy
