Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring initiatives, particularly within sales and go-to-market functions
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates through a variety of recruiting channels
- Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future openings
- Track candidate activity and recruiting progress within the applicant tracking system
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to support workforce planning efforts
- Follow up with interview teams to collect and document feedback in a timely manner
- Utilize recruiting technologies and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Support additional recruiting or HR-related initiatives as needed
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Previous experience recruiting for inside sales, sales development, or go-to-market roles strongly preferred
- Experience within SaaS or technology environments is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid and partially remote work environment
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
