This is a full-cycle outside sales role — from prospecting to close — with uncapped commission potential and the full support of an established operations and leadership team behind you. If you can sell and build relationships, they can teach the rest.
Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct heavy phone prospecting, in-person sales presentations, and virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision makers and influencers across your territory
- Accurately forecast sales deliverables, manage pipeline activity, and track KPIs in Salesforce CRM
- Identify client needs and develop customized service proposals that demonstrate clear value
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to respond to bids and meet sales targets
- Hit specific daily activity benchmarks and close business consistently
- Cultivate existing client relationships and identify opportunities to expand accounts
- Represent the company at local networking events and community engagements to build brand visibility
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of surpassing $1M annual sales quotas
- Industry background in distribution, logistics, facilities management, property management, construction, or related service industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large territory and multiple projects simultaneously
