What You’ll Do
- Drive new business by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and networking events.
- Partner with recruiters to align top talent with client needs.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and deliver results that exceed client expectations.
- Represent Addison Group professionally at client visits, industry events, and community networking opportunities.
