The ideal candidate will handle billing adjustments, process invoices accurately, and support day-to-day financial operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and adjust customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Update billing records in response to flight changes, order cancellations, or other adjustments. Calculate totals, sales tax, and other required financial figures using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve discrepancies and support workflow efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation for all billing and invoicing activities. Assist with ad hoc financial tasks as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in a flexible work schedule, including occasional Saturdays, with start times between 6:00 and 9:00 AM. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic arithmetic for invoice and sales tax calculations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy under fast-paced conditions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support collaboration with internal teams. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and make billing adjustments as needed.
