Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with student registration processes, including frequent interaction with Spanish-speaking families
- Maintain and update student records, including special education and compliance documentation
- Support administrative functions such as data entry, file management, and document tracking
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, logs, and departmental records
- Provide support for HR-related tasks such as employment verifications and onboarding documentation
- Utilize internal systems to input and manage data (e.g., student information systems)
- Help organize and support seasonal or annual programs and reporting requirements
- Ensure records are properly archived and accessible when needed
- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fully onsite role
- Immediate start preferred
- Contract role expected to last at least 2 months, with potential for extension
