Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Support
- Generate and send customer invoices through company portals, websites, or email
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure invoices are distributed in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding or past-due invoices
- Assist with resolving billing questions and communicating payment expectations
- Assist with collecting and organizing payroll-related documentation such as employee timesheets
- Support payroll processing by ensuring time and attendance records are complete and accurate
- Maintain organized payroll records and assist with employee payroll inquiries as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding billing and payment updates
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support the accounting and administrative team with additional tasks as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, payroll support, or administrative accounting preferred
- Experience generating invoices and following up on past-due balances preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable communicating with customers regarding billing matters
