In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily AP activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and reconciling accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions through ERP system, ensuring accurate 3-way matching
- Prepare and process cash disbursements
- Reconcile AP and bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Record and track P-card and T&E card transactions
- Address payment-related inquiries with vendors
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic documentation
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, especially in a multicultural team environment
- Team size: 3 (you will be the 4th member)
- Office environment: In-office 5 days a week
