Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist- 6 month contract with potential to convert!
Location (city, state): Bothell, WA (hybrid)
Compensation: $30-40/hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- 5 years of strong, full-cycle accounts payable processing experience OR 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Experience using a large ERP system
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- System/tech savvy!
Job Description:
- Process invoices: capture, verify, and send through workflow.
- Perform full cycle AP processing.
- Determine 2-way vs. 3-way match, route for approval if needed.
- Investigate and resolve PO/invoice variances.
- Manage assigned invoices, request accruals, and coordinate with the receiving team.
