We are seeking a dynamic half-time WBL Coordinator starting in the 2026/2027 school year to oversee student placements in work, internships, and community service and to build relationships with local businesses and service-oriented organizations. Key duties include: Establishing and maintaining partnerships with local employers to secure student internships, job shadows, and unpaid/paid work experiences.Co-designing Training Agreements and Training Plans that connect directly to students' personal, academic, and career goals within their Personalized Learning Plans (PLPs).Ensuring all placements strictly comply with federal and state legal, health, and safety regulations, including Vermont Child Labor Laws and Hazardous Occupations rules.
