What You'll Do As An Apartment Housekeeper
We're looking for an experienced Apartment Housekeeper who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. In this role, you will:
- Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins
- Maintain cleanliness in community common areas including the office, clubhouse, laundry centers and storage rooms
- Trash out and clean vacated units as needed
- Assist with make-ready preparations as directed
- Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards
- Support the on-site team and work collaboratively with all staff members
- Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager
- Previous Apartment Housekeeper experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stable work history
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
