Position Summary
The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Adams Signs, ensuring projects move efficiently from sale through fabrication, installation, and completion. This role partners closely with ownership, production, installation crews, vendors, and customers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while continuously improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily operations, scheduling, and project workflow.
· Coordinate production, installation, and customer timelines.
· Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
· Monitor project budgets, profitability, and resource allocation.
· Lead and support production and installation teams.
· Ensure quality control and workplace safety standards.
· Resolve operational challenges and customer issues.
· Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
· 3–7 years in operations, project management, construction, manufacturing, or related field.
· Limited quantity custom manufacturing experience preferred.
· Leadership and team management experience preferred.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
