Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Conduct client interviews and gather essential case information.
Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third-party professionals.
Perform legal research on statutes, case law, and procedural rules.
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and e-filing.
