Our client in Clayton, Missouri is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and the skill to handle complex commercial real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and revise deeds, real estate agreements, leases, and related documents
* Assist attorneys with commercial real estate closings, including preparation of closing checklists, gathering due diligence materials, and coordinating with relevant parties
* Perform title and survey review, including identifying issues and preparing summaries
* Organize, manage, and maintain transaction files and documentation
* Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders
* Provide general legal and administrative support on a wide range of commercial real estate matters
* Contribute knowledge and experience to help strengthen team processes and best practices
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years of hands-on commercial real estate paralegal experience
* Strong understanding of deeds, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and closing processes
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-office environment
