Position Details
- Philadelphia, PA (also hiring in NYC and NJ)
- $30-$45/hour DOE
- Full-time Litigation Legal Secretary opportunity
- 3-5 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong junior candidates with 1-2 years of experience considered
- Hybrid flexibility available
Role Overview
- Support 5-6 attorneys in a busy litigation practice
- Handle state and federal e-filings
- Manage litigation calendars and critical deadlines
- Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents
- Generate TOAs and TOCs using Microsoft Word
- Assist with case management and trial preparation
