Handle a mix of business, real estate, probate, and employment counseling matters
Manage cases from pleadings through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, and appearances

2 years of litigation experience (business, real estate, probate, or employment counseling)
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable handling hearings, client interaction, and multiple case types
