and court costs/fees; generates affidavits for non-compliance of
individuals who fail to report for their appointment; generates reports
that assist in the daily function of the office; and performs related
duties as required. Performs clerical and support functions related to
the Sheriffs Office. Scope of work requires a high degree of accuracy,
confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail. This position is
located in the Ada County Sheriff\'s Office, Court Services Bureau, and
the Ada County Courthouse.

## Essential Functions
- Operates the ACSO court services desk by scheduling appointments,
- Operates the Alternative Sentencing Division front desk by
paperwork and payments;
- Operates general office equipment, including but not limited to
equipment;
- Operates a central telephone console to receive and route calls;
- Helps the public with inquiries by identifying and resolving
- Receives Judgments of Conviction and processes all required
- Schedules all sentenced individuals as ordered by Magistrate and
- Creates and maintains files and other records, and updates
- Takes payments for Alternative Sentencing program fees.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent;
- Must have a valid and current drivers license;
- Knowledge of English grammar and skill in proofreading;
- Knowledge of the alternative sentencing concept as it relates to the

- Ability to appropriately communicate with individuals who are under
