What You'll Do
- Develop an in-depth understanding of various healthcare market segments to make strategic decisions on where the business will focus and compete.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs through direct interaction and market research to shape future product development.
- Create and articulate a clear value proposition that defines how we will win in our target markets.
- Drive new product launches by managing requirements, conducting return-on-investment analyses, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish project timelines.
- Execute a balanced marketing mix and manage a profitable pricing strategy through standardized models and custom quotations.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to market launch and beyond.
- Oversee the lead generation and lead validation process for target segments, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- Align marketing communications, including digital marketing, trade shows, and other tools, with overall branding strategy.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field is required; a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- Strong project leadership with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and competitive landscape.
- Excellent analytical and evaluative judgment skills, with the ability to navigate complicated and dynamic situations.
