You will serve as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, providing accurate information and exceptional service throughout.
Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance requirements and provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle service and any additional recommendations from the technicians.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations at every interaction.
- Maintain detailed records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions in the dealership's database.
- Collaborate with other service department staff to optimize workflow and ensure efficient service operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or customer service roles is preferred.
