Customer Service Manager
Location: Fontana, CA (On-Site)
A growing distribution company is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead a team of Account Coordinators supporting customers throughout the Western U.S.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, partnering with Sales and Operations, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee customer accounts, coach a seasoned team, and help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Coordinators
• Manage key customer accounts and escalated issues
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams
• Improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance metrics, order accuracy, and service levels
• Support employee training and development
• Travel occasionally to regional locations as needed
Qualifications
• 5 years of customer service, account management, or operations leadership experience
• Experience supporting sales teams and customer-facing operations
• Background in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems; Acumatica or Sage is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
