You start your day checking the shipping board and confirming carrier schedules. As orders finalize, you package them to spec, verify labels, and coordinate pickups so everything leaves on time. When deliveries arrive, you inspect contents and paperwork, catching discrepancies before they become problems. You’ll keep shipping records spotless, support stock organization, and stay in sync with teammates across departments to keep our fast-moving operation humming.
What You’ll Handle- Prepare, package, and label outbound orders in line with company standards.
- Coordinate with carriers to book and confirm pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain precise shipping logs, bills of lading, and related documentation.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pitch in on inventory counts and stock organization.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and partner teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues or variances quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
- Hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Comfort with shipping platforms and related tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
