We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to join its high-performing Corporate Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of legal experience to advise business, nonprofit, and individual clients on corporate, transactional, and business matters.
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active New Hampshire Bar admission
- 3–5 years of legal experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong business judgment and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Transactional and M&A experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate law, business law, and transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
- Assist with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence
- Provide practical, business-focused legal counsel
- Manage multiple client matters while collaborating with attorneys and professionals
