Customer Service Supervisor -- Packaging Industry (36385)

A packaging manufacturer near the Bardstown, KY area is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their plant. You will be responsible for overseeing the CSRs and the daily CSR department activities. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation. Must be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities:

· Oversees Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to ensure guidelines are met and service is upheld

· Monitor communication between CSRs & customers

· Maintain documentation of customer complaints & inquiries (prepare reports)

· Monthly reports on CSR team’s performance

· Monitor team progress (address concerns – coach when needed)

· Help with department budget preparation

· Keep upper management informed on challenges & customer concerns

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree or certification preferred)

· Minimum 5 years of customer service experience within manufacturing

· Experience with warehouse software (Radius experience is a big plus)

· MRP System experience (preferably UPONE)

· At least an intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills

· Must be able to work within a multicultural environment
