An international IT company in the Northville, MI area is looking for a Bilingual (Japanese/English) IT Sales Representative responsible for maintaining and growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and visit new and existing customers
- Employ strategies to solve customers' needs and issues as it relates to system and network integration
- Meet with business partners and vendors to solve customers' needs and issues
- Negotiate prices and service agreements
- Help coordinate projects for implementation of network infrastructure
- Help address customers' needs with engineering team
Requirements:
- At least an Associate's degree, preferably IT related
- Business level Japanese and English speaking skills
- At least 3 years of related IT sales or technical experience
- Prefer experience selling IT services to automotive parts manufacturers
- Prefer familiarity with the technical aspects of IT (helpdesk, software development, networking)
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
