Warehouse Picker and Packer

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pick and Packer to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, and printing/applying labels. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, using a computer, and maintaining a fast but accurate pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse locations according to pick tickets or system prompts

• Accurately pack products into boxes or shipping containers

• Run and apply shipping labels and product labels using our computer system

• Verify order accuracy (correct items, quantities, and packaging)

• Use basic computer programs and/or warehouse software to update orders and print labels

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

• Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or similar experience preferred but not required

• Basic computer skills (comfortable using a mouse, keyboard, and simple software)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to [X] lbs as needed (update with your requirement, e.g., 30–50 lbs)

• Reliable, on-time, and able to work scheduled shifts

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
