Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, hanging, and inspection
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment according to specifications
- Operate curing ovens and monitor proper temperatures and cure times
- Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and defects
- Perform rework or touch-ups as needed
- Maintain powder coating equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials and use of PPE
- Work collaboratively with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet production schedules
Qualifications
- Previous powder coating experience preferred
- Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to follow work instructions and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

- Experience with metal fabrication or lighting components
