We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing a Powder Coat or Lighting Department and a proven ability to manage both production flow and people effectively.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations in the Powder Coat or Lighting Department

Coordinate schedules, workflow, and staffing to meet production goals

Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently maintained

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Maintain organization of products, materials, and workspace
Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience (manufacturing or production environment preferred)

Experience in Powder Coating or Lighting operations highly desirable
