Lithographic Printing Press Operator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lithographic Printing Press Operator to join our production team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with web press operation, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting both company and client quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate lithographic printing presses based on job specifications

• Monitor press operations to ensure consistency and print quality

• Adjust ink, water, and registration as needed during production

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment

• Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating lithographic printing presses preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail with a solid understanding of print quality standards

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve press issues quickly and efficiently

• Familiarity with color theory and ink mixing is a plus

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Work Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours = full-time)

• Optional overtime available as needed

• Night shift schedule begins after training and orientation
